Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that the payment gateway provider can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Indian Rupees for Indian only, USD for foreign clients.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Trading Journal Service:

Our trading journal service is designed to help traders keep track of their trades and improve their trading performance. By subscribing to our service, you will gain access to our web-based platform where you can easily enter and manage your trades.

• Record your trades with detailed information such as entry and exit points, position size, stop loss and take profit levels, and notes on your trading strategy and psychology.
• Analyze your trades with easy-to-read charts and statistics. Our platform provides various reports such as profit and loss, win rate, strategy-wise, and much more. These reports will help you identify patterns in your trading and highlight areas for improvement.
• Set goals and track your progress. Our platform allows you to set trading goals and monitor your progress towards achieving them. This will help you stay motivated and focused on improving your trading performance.

Subscription and Pricing

Our trading journal service is available on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription fee is starting from Rs. 799 per month, and it includes full access to our platform and unlimited trades recording features.

We offer a 7-day trial at a very low cost to new users who register with the Services.

Payment and Renewal

Our trading journal service operates on a prepaid basis. You can choose to pay for a set number of months in advance, and your subscription will be active for that period. At the end of the prepaid period, you can choose to renew your subscription by purchasing another prepaid period.

We offer flexible prepaid options to suit your needs. You can choose to pay for one, or twelve months in advance. The longer the prepaid period you choose, the greater the discount you'll receive.

To make it even easier for you to manage your subscription, we offer an auto-debit option. With this option, you can set up automatic debit payments from your payment method. This means that when your current subscription validity ends, we'll automatically renew your subscription's validity. You won't have to worry about remembering to renew your subscription manually, and you'll never miss a payment.

If you choose to use the auto-debit option, we'll send you a reminder email a few days before your payment is due. If you'd like to cancel your subscription or change your payment method, you can do so before the payment is processed.

We want to make managing your subscription as easy and convenient as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about payment and renewal, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Refund Policy

At Lour Solutions, we strive to provide error-free transactions and outstanding customer service. We understand that sometimes mistakes can happen, and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a refund policy for eligible transactions.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Transactions that were processed without errors or issues are considered non-refundable. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be reversed or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases made with correct payment details and accurate product descriptions.

Refundable Transactions

Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Once your subscription starts, you can’t get a refund for any payments you have already made. If you don’t want to subscribe any more, you can cancel your subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.
